Mandy had a predictable bust up with Evan Davis on Today. Both were continually interrupting each other. The interview achieved little and made no progress on the small matter of public finance. Mandy did however come up with a classic when he said to Davis:
You're not interviewing yourself, you're interviewing me.
The quote of the silly season so far. Moreover, Mandy has a point. Davis is a useless interviewer and Mandy is way above his station.
