Osborne: Is Mandy behind this?

That didn't take long!  As I was saying earlier.

The chairman of the Tatton constituency Labour party, Laurie Burton, has written to John Lyon, the Parliamentary commissioner for standards, to complain about Osborne’s expenses, which will be investigated.  Burton said:

I am doing it not on a party-political basis; I am doing it as an ordinary member of the public who shares the outrage and disgust that people have throughout the country over the actions of MPs.
