Lady Scotland has been found guilty

The BBC is reporting that the UK Border Agency has found Patricia Scotland to be in “technical breach” of the rules for employing an illegal immigrant.  She is expected to be fined.

Let us see if she resigns or is pushed.

Perhaps we'll get that little reshuffle that was rumoured at the weekend before Brown jets off.

UPDATE 1: The Lib Dems are all over the place over whether she should resign.  Just typical of their week.

UPDATE 2:  Brown dithers as per usual.  For him, there is no end of the leadership lesson.
