Does Brown really have to insult everybody?

Before leaving for his 30 minute chat with Obama, Brown was reported as saying this:

Past British prime ministers have gone to Washington to talk about wars. I'm going to talk about the stability for the future.

Clearly a direct dig at Blair but also an insult to former PM’s like Churchill.  If it wasn't for the latter none of us would have existed in a stable world for the last 60 odd years.

Brown is just pathetic!
