The G20 and Man Utd hold crisis talks

Alistair Darling said this after the G20 finance meeting:

There was a great deal of consensus about the urgency of the problems we face and the steps we need to take.

Sir Alex Ferguson said this after United lost to Liverpool at home :

Now the thing is to respond. It always is at this club - you lose a game and you respond. We always do.

Which statement stands out as the one showing leadership?

As our world leaders stumble and mumble towards 2nd April with nothing much achieved so far, Sir Alex will take decisive action and have the premiership wrapped up by the time the G20 meet.

Until Cameron wins the election, perhaps Sir Alex should be drafted in by Brown and co.  It is leadership we need, which the G20 are failing to provide.
