Alan Johnson on the Labour leadership:
I'm not saying under no circumstances would I ever run.
I'm flattered obviously that people think highly of me, I want them to think highly of me as a Home Secretary.
I'm in the majority here within the party and within the cabinet that actually Gordon is the best person for the job.
In other words, if others want to move against Brown then Johnson would be more than happy to take over.
