Old man Silvio Berlusconi has chosen Mara Carfagna, the 33 year old former topless model and now Italy’s equalities minister, to co-host the submit. The two of them have a bit of history (guess the rest). Berlusconi said in 2007:
If I was not already married I would have married her immediately.
