I am no fan of Simon Heffer (except that he writes beautifully), but it very difficult to disagree with this article. There is little point in repeating what he says. Heffer is right, if Cameron is not more radical the election is lost.
As I am have said in earlier posts, is Cameron up to it?
He has not got long to prove it!
