After meeting Brown, Joanna Lumley says:
The meeting was extremely positive. He is wholly supportive of the Gurkha cause. He is going to come up with a new solution by the end of this month.
I trust him, I rely on him, and I know that he has now taken this matter into his own hands and so today is a very good day.
One can only imagine the trouble that Lumley will cause if Brown doesn't come up proposals that satisfy her at the end of May.
Gordon, don’t mess with this clever girl. She is on a mission.
"Oh, Howard, I've read about all this on every blog in the world and I agreed with everything they said."
ReplyDeleteJust getting in Subrosa's comment before she does! (I love her really!)
Howard who's Ted Foam? Should I know him?
ReplyDeleteTed Foam? Sounds like a frothy sort of person!
ReplyDeleteBut Foan is an old Norman name that can be traced back to the 11th century. It's not Scottish but I cannot help that!
Ooops sorry type there lol. Not everyone can have a Scottish name, the world would be a strange place if we did. Haven't you enough Scottish names south of the border anyway? Be proud of your heritage because you're a man. Women have to give theirs away when they marry.
ReplyDeleteHoward, see these links underneath this box here, what do they do? I've seen them occasionally on some of my posts.
ReplyDeleteThey just link to other blogs. I assume Blogger picks them up automatically.
