Will the Czechs deliver for Cameron?

A few weeks ago there was much debate about the words that Obama used to describe Cameron.  One word that wasn't used in any of the reports was ‘luck’.

If what is being reported here is true, that the Czech Republic will probably delay its ratification Lisbon Treaty until after a general election, then Cameron has just taken delivery of a juggernaut of the stuff.  This means that it will be full stream ahead towards a referendum that 70% of the electorate want, if Cameron wins the election.

It would be rather ironic, given the troubles it has caused the Tories down the years, if Europe finally ‘seals the deal’ for David Cameron.
