One can only assume that the ‘post it’ note saying, “For the shredder” had fallen off the document that Mandy was carrying in Downing Street earlier.
Mandy wouldn't be so tactless to arrive at No10 with a document headed:
Transitional arrangements following Brown’s departure from No10.
Just where does he keep those words of wisdom that will be needed very soon.
